Ravi Shastri’s Comments on CSK Former Indian captain and current head coach of the men’s cricket team, Ravi Shastri, has been scathing in his criticism of a prominent player for the Chennai Super Kings and his level of fitness. The 30-year-old CSK pacer Deepak Chahar was targeted by the 60-year-old Shastri, who retired from his position as India’s head coach following the conclusion of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in November 2021. Chahar was injured on Saturday during Chennai’s third game of the IPL 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai after only bowling one over (April 8).
